Not so long ago technology was largely very complex. One needed a proper degree to even contemplate writing a simple computer program. Add to this the fact that the access to computer systems was very limited. One needed years of training to work on prototyping electronic projects. Learning programming languages was very difficult, working with electronic kits was even more difficult.
Fast forward to these days. Almost anyone can pick up a mobile phone and brandish it as the most powerful weapon ever. People are able to develop apps almost with no training or very limited training. YouTube and Google made it even more convenient to learn something new. Designing and executing electronics projects or writing computer programs is now relatively very easy.
Are our schools, and therefore our kids, exposed to the technological revolution that the entire world is experiencing? Are our school teachers equipped to guide our children in the new era? The answer is perhaps a huge no.
At Soham Academy of Human Excellence we believe that we can do our bit to transform schools. We can certainly complement the efforts of the schools in adapting to the technological shifts that are taking place on a day to day basis. We are continuously developing new age projects that can be implemented by school children. We have put in every effort to make it easy to follow and executive Artificial Intelligence and Robotics projects. We are thrilled by the excitement we are able to generate among the student community.
