About this Opportunity
Many college students in Hyderabad have never experienced a formal interview before their very first real one. As a mock interviewer with Soham’s Leadership Programme, you give students a safe space to practise – and feedback that genuinely changes how they present themselves. Soham’s team shares student profiles 48 hours before the event so you can tailor your questions. A simple structured feedback form is provided for each student you interview. No formal training needed – if you’ve ever hired or interviewed someone, you’re ready.
