We did it again. Within a week after completing their first 5K, our kids completed a second 5K. This time for a cause – Drug Free Hyderabad – @ Necklace Road, Hyderabad

50 of our kids participated in the race. One girl from 6th grade completed the race with great enthusiasm and finished second out of 25 girls from our school who participated in the run.

Thanks to our previous 5K run there was tremendous enthusiasm to participate in this 5K race. 50 kids in all wanted to come to practice and follow it up with actual participation in the 5K. We had to rent a bus for the purpose!

Thanks again to Vignatha and Mounika who came there to be with us. Some Vidya Volunteers from the school also joined us. As always Mrs. Madhu Shalini ma’am and Rajani ma’am joined us to cheer the boys and girls.
