Hundreds of students from various schools assembled at the GHMC ground. It was perhaps our biggest ever platform. It was attended by a local MLA Sri Kishan Reddy and an MP from the area Sri Bandaru Dattatreya. It could not have gotten bigger than this. We were nervous but ready. The stage was set up and our kids – 25 of them – were invited to perform on the stage. It was watched intently both by the MP and the MLA. They were thrilled beyond belief. Kids from all the local schools were witnessing something that they never witnessed before. One of their own schools giving such a scintillating performance is thrilling to say the least.

The MLA, MP and the students were super thrilled by the performance. They requested us to repeat the show despite time pressures. We agreed. We performed a second time. It is in the midst of this second performance that our MLA Sri Kishan Reddy who could not contain his excitement jumped on to the stage and sat in the midst of the performing students in a meditative pose. Without feeling intimidated by his presence our kids continued the show with greater levels of excitement and enthusiasm. All the children on the stage are from the school of which Sri Kishan Reddy is a chief patron.

Another impromptu blessing was bestowed upon us. MP Sri Dattatreya and MLA Sri Kishan Reddy felicitated both of our yoga gurus Vignatha and Bharat. It was the best time ever for our yoga students and their gurus. All our efforts of the past 6 months showed results in one fell swoop!

We were in the newspapers again. That is three times in a row, at iFocus, Love Yoga Foundation and now at Amberpet grounds, all within a month.
